In the heart of central London, lies Takoyaki Hyotan,
a Japanese restaurant offering authentic street food & sushi.
We began working with Hyotan midway through the 'Eat Out to Help Out' scheme, we discovered that Hyotan weren't reaching full capacity despite this current offer bringing so much business to so many restaurants.
And so we agreed to work with Hyotan and solve their problem of not enough customers.
